Sales Executives

• General Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing and or related fields.
  • Good command of spoken and written in Thai is a must.
  • Effective communicator in English is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and Customer Relationship Management skills.
  • Having knowledge and able to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated attitude and customer service oriented.
  • Mature and able to work under pressure
• Responsibilities
  • To be a representative of company to gather requirement and feed back from customers.
  • Generate sales revenue to meet company’s sales target.
  • Develop and maintain excellent business relationship with customers.
  • Contact and keep customer relationship to support clients and company's goals / activities.
  • Prepare quotation and proposals to clients to be in line with sales objectives.

Guest Service Agent

• General Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Service mind with a willingness to serve people
  • Pleasant personality preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Able to work under pressure or complain with capability to handle or manage the roblem with positive attitude
  • Good command of English
  • Willing to work flexible schedule, which could include weekend and evening hours
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Responsibility
  • Check daily forecast and room availability for sell.
  • Check the discrepancy report done by Housekeeping against the room rack. Cashier rack and report to Assist Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager immediately when irregularity found.
  • Check case of follow up in The Reception log book daily if found the problem beyond self handing report immediately to Assist Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager.
  • Clear and prepare pre-register card, welcome booklets and meals coupon to the right department.
  • Know the hotel's facilities, operation hour, location and direction to give the correct information to the guest.
  • Strictly follow the hotel discount policies, contract rate and complimentary laid by Management.

Hotel and Hospitality Trainees

• General Qualifications
  • New graduated welcome.
  • Complete Hospitality and Hotel Management Degree, Arts, Cultures, and Social Services Degree or Related field.
  • Male or Female Age between 21-25 years old
  • Professional in English Skill, Interpersonal skills, and Computer skills

Waiter/Waitress

• General Qualifications
  • Male/Female, aged 20 years and above.
  • At least 1-2 years experiences in the hotel industry.
  • Vocation to Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
  • Good command in English - listening and speaking.
• Responsibility
  • To develop restaurant sales by setting high standards of service.
  • To ensure complete preparation of restaurant mis-en-place before the restaurant opens for services.
  • To write out guest checks and ensuring their proper processing by presenting them to guests and encashing the same.

Assistant Executive Housekeeping

• General Qualifications
  • Male/Female, aged 22 years and above
  • At least 1-2 years experiences in related fields.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
  • Previous experience in hotel or resort would be advantage.
  • Good command in English : writing, listening and speaking.
• Responsibility
  • To take care general preparation of the guest rooms such as cleaning of check-in and check-out room.
  • Standard set up of rooming items and cleaning off other areas on the guest floors including staircases, corridors, pantry rooms.
  • To assure that all hotel linen is properly handled, and guest laundry is to be treated accurately subject to hotel policies.

  • เพศชาย อายุ 21-26 ปี
  • มีประสบการณ์โดยตรงด้านซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
